ECCOOZS Terms of Service

Welcome to ECCOOZS— a platform dedicated to uplifting truth, protecting cultural integrity, and empowering righteous creators. By accessing or using ECCOOZS, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, browsing content, or using any ECCOOZS features, you agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you disagree with any part of these terms, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old to use ECCOOZS. Users under 18 are automatically placed in Youth Mode, which includes restricted features and additional oversight.
3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify ECCOOZS immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
4. Content Ownership and License You retain ownership of all original content you post on ECCOOZS. By posting content, you grant ECCOOZS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business purposes.
5. Prohibited Content and Conduct You agree not to post or engage in:
Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material involving minors.
Hate speech, threats, or content that incites violence.
Harassment, doxxing, impersonation, or invasion of privacy.
Content that disrespects religious beliefs or cultural practices.
Spam, scams, or deceptive practices.
Unauthorized commercial activities or sales.
ECCOOZS reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
6. Moderation and Enforcement ECCOOZS employs a tiered enforcement model:
First Violation: Warning and content removal.
Second Violation: Temporary suspension and content review.
Third Violation: Account termination.
Severe violations may result in immediate account termination without prior notice.
7. Shadowban and Content Visibility To maintain platform integrity, ECCOOZS may limit the visibility of content or accounts that violate our policies without notifying the user. This includes:
Soft Silence: Content is hidden from other users.
Delay Drop: Content visibility is delayed.
Echo Chamber: Content is shown only to the user.
All moderation actions are logged and subject to review.
8. AI-Generated Content AI-generated content must be clearly labeled. Misuse of AI to create deceptive or harmful content is prohibited. ECCOOZS reserves the right to remove such content and take appropriate action.
9. Verification and Certification ECCOOZS offers Verified and Certified statuses:
Verified: Confirms the authenticity of the user's identity.
ECCOOZS may revoke these statuses at its discretion based on conduct or guideline violations.
10. Monetization and ECCOOZS Coins Certified creators may be eligible to receive ECCOOZS Coins, tips, or platform-based rewards. Monetization is not guaranteed and may be revoked in cases of policy violations or suspicious activity.
11. Third-Party Links and Services ECCOOZS is not responsible for third-party content, services, or links accessed through the platform. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
12. Termination ECCOOZS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform's integrity. Users may terminate their accounts at any time.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability ECCOOZS provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the platform.
14. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of ECCOOZS after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
